Garbage food! Place was too freaking loud and the service was horrible for GRAND TOTAL! 154! Not worth it...

Highly disappointed and disgusted with spot! The waitress didn't take our drinks until about 10 minutes. I kept looking around for a waiter to approach us.

What we order was Michelada VIP because on their menu it shows nothing but cook shrimp on the rim of the Michelada. But when we got it, they were raw shrimp fillet in half, and the shrimp was not cooked with lime... so it was basically raw shrimp with no flavor! See pic...

For appetizers we got fried octopus and it was disgusting because it had no flavor and it was overcooked... felt like you were eating rubber. No seasoning.

My son got four plain Carne Asada tacos but the damn taco meat was burnt and charred! No flavor whatsoever! And this kid eats everything. See pic

I got bread shrimp tacos, but I swear they served you with a plate of salad with a bunch of coleslaw... you would think you're a rabbit of all the cabbage and lettuce. The ratio was not proportionate, because the tortillas were not warm, they're not fresh... and believe it or not what I thought was jumbo shrimp in the breading was actually just one shrimp per taco! because they gave you big chunks of fried bread. Don't get fool open up the breading because that's what I did and I found out it was one shrimp for taco! See pic...

My friend ordered the coconut shrimp ceviche and it was mostly veggies and cucumber. They chop all the veggies up including the shrimp TO D SAME SIZE so you can't tell what you're getting! Because it was mostly veggies and hardly any shrimp The Michelada mix was horrible. The coconut water that they serve on the side as a drink, the water was stale and old!

I was so mad and disappointed that I wanted another drink, but even that didn't come because the waiter was attending other tables.

The sad thing this spot is a Latino restaurant, and when I was in there, it was predominantly supported by Latinos... and this is how you going to take care of your own peoples.

Like they say in Spanish... este lugar es una basura.

And the place was not even crowded. There were so many empty tables. See pic...

So for... fried octopus, two Michelada garbage/basura ViP drinks, Sprite, four Carne Asada tacos, breaded shrimp tacos, one Modelo......

I have come here so many times and loved the food and service...but unfortunately tonight we had such horrible service. We asked questions about the menu and were given vague unhelpful answers...then I ordered a rum and cranberry in a short glass and was brought a cranberry juice, no alcohol, in a tall glass....then we ordered our food. While ordering, not later, my niece changed her order from the enchiladas combo to the oysters appetizer and received both....we let it go. I reorded my drink, which was rum and cranberry juice. It came right. Then I ordered another of the same and got something that tasted tropical and weird...good but I'm allergic to many things so I needed to return it for the rum and cranberry I originally ordered. While we were there our waitress ate at the cashier table and completely ignored our table....by the way, we were one of two tables occupied. Then we finally got the bill after hinting for it a few times to discover we were charged for a fancy liquor top shelf, a grand Mariner....which will make me sick because of my allergies....the waitress did not care and said all shots cost the same and it didn't matter, that the cost is no different and we need to pay...wow, I understand and can be patient with service...but tonight was just uncalled for....she wasn't even a kid so I can't even blame it on immaturity....too bad ..we really loved this place and ate here every time we...

I’ve been here multiple times over the years, and one thing has remained consistently great: the food. The flavors are always on point, and there’s a real effort put into making each dish flavorful and satisfying. Their drinks, especially the candy shots, are a fun highlight. The shots are generously sized and definitely pack a punch, making them a crowd favorite.

However, while the food and drinks keep me coming back, the service is a bit of a letdown. It doesn’t matter if the place is busy or not—getting attention from the staff can be a challenge. Even when they’re not overwhelmed, it often takes a while for someone to come over to take your order or offer a refill. It’s a bit of a wait game, and it’s one of those things that can test your patience.

That said, the atmosphere is usually lively and fun. They have live Banda music, which adds to the energy and makes it a great spot for hanging out with friends, especially if you're celebrating something like a birthday. The ambiance is relaxed, and it’s easy to settle in with a group and enjoy good food, drinks, and music. Just keep in mind that while the food and drinks are consistently satisfying, service can sometimes be slow, which is a bit of a downside to an otherwise...

Went for the first time last week. The food was ok, but the service was great! I would say food was a 3 and service was a 5 star. The ceviche I tried was a bit bland. And the tacos gobernador were ok too. The fish taco was ok but the piece of fish was kinda small. Sadly I didn’t really remember to take a picture of everything, only the ceviche. Thankfully I remembered before it was gone. 😁 I would give this place another chance, maybe it was just an off day. šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø
