We went today and spent $45 grabbing some ice cream’s and some agua frescas. driving home I saw something on top of my juice. It was a bug!!! Called the business to let them know, the lady who answered rudely said that it was part of the drink as decoration. 😳 I don’t eat bugs for fun. It wasn’t part of the drink. She said that the tamarindo naturally has bugs in them a lot of the times, She must have thought that was funny at all. If I can give them 0 stars I would, first their ice cream is so unsatisfactory it has such a disgusting flavor my daughter got a cookies and cream scoop and it taste like cinnamon ice cream the worst ever. Plus we got ice cream bars, I got an sandia (watermelon) flavor and it taste like milk. When I went back to ask for a different one or refund the girl said I should of sample the ice cream before, when I wanted to return the paleta (ice cream popsicle). Poorly customer service. Today I went to get some Ice Cream and a Agua Fresca. I asked them to for a large Tamarindo agua Fresca. It tasted a little funny. I drank 2-3 sips on the straw and it tasted old. They said if they added water it would taste better. The Lady poured the agua fresca which I had drank out of and poured back into the original container. When I told her what she did wrong, she didn't understand why it was so bad. She said I had drank it from the straw and not the cup. At that time, I only wanted the Ice Cream.
