If I could give this negative stars, I absolutely would. Tonight was my first time coming to this store and actually drove an hour to do so. I have never in my life experienced customer service this horrible.

Not a single person smiled and the woman that I am assuming was the manager was awful! Slamming stuff in carts, literally pushed a cart full of personal items into the wall near the checkouts, and snapping at anyone that tried to speak to her. We brought an item up that didn't have a price and another similar item that did. We wanted to decide between the two once we knew how much it was. Once we decided on one, the other was placed on the counter. The manager proceeded to say "does this need put back?" Once we said said yes, she rolled her eyes, reached over our cart to grab it and slammed it down in an empty cart near the checkout area.

We arrived an hour before the store closed and spent a couple hundred dollars on items right before closing and the attitude that we received from the 3 ladies working at the front of the store was seriously astounding! There were a few people that walked in about 5 minutes before closing while we were checking out and the cashier even said out loud "I hate people that do that." The door was literally held open for us and promptly closed and locked as soon as we walked out.

I understand it is frustrating when people come in close to closing, but we made sure to be in the checkout well before 9 pm to ensure there was enough time (believe me, it isn't possible to miss the reminders starting at 8:30 and coming every 5 minutes after that the store would be closing soon). Our family and friends won't be coming here anymore. This is the 2nd time all of their electric wheelchairs were dead and not charged. Several employees that were putting items back on shelves left their cart they were using in the middle of the main aisles along with their phone, tablet, and pack of cigarettes for anyone to grab left in the cart they were using. At least 3 times while we were there I had to push employees carts out of the way so I could push my mom through in her wheelchair. Between my wife's family and I and several friends on 3 separate visits of purchasing items we've all come home with a broken/defective item. There was one occasion where we wanted to purchase a 2ft tall battery operated glass lantern with a door you could open and close. Well after looking at all 12 or so of them on the shelf we realized every single one of them was broken. Either one was missing an entire piece of glass or a door hinge was bent. I brought it to the attention of an employee and they clearly didn't care and acted dumbfounded. I've literally seen employees put broken items back on shelves before. It's obvious that management and the stoee owner knows this is going on. Given we've seen it take place over the last two years we've gone several times. Very poor business practices. We've finally learned that most of what is sold here is cheap junk. We will not be back between the unprofessional staff, store being very unorganized, and their products being extremely...

Love their products and the company but this location does not have happy employees. Asking for assistance....based on numerous visits since they have opened, is often met with an attitude of inconvenience.

Tonight, i arrived at the store at 8 p.m. I can be precise because I looked to make sure that the store was still open a Sunday evening. Around 8:10 an employee announces that they will be closing in 45 minutes. I found it odd that they we're announcing 45 minutes ahead but I continued to get what I needed and got in the check-out line. It was now 8:20 and an employee again announced that they were closing - in 20 minutes.

I verified with the clerk that they were indeed open till 9, she said yes. The cashier and I both stood there and watched an employee (I was told she was one of the managers) walked over and lock the doors so that nobody else could enter the store. I departed the building & checked my watch - it was 8:22.

These are management choices and I would have been really upset to show up at 8:30 to find the doors locked when they're supposed to be...
