Never had a amazing experience here but it has never been bad. I had ordered my books and online code earlier this week. I have full chapter notes due in 2 days so I went in to get my books. They are over what looks like 75 orders behind, and could not fill my order. Either the employees are not doing their jobs or the move was extremely poorly planned. The man offered to cancel my order and I could buy it in store, when I was confused as to how I could buy something in store that they supposedly did not have ready yet he just started grabbing things off shelves and handing them to me. Overall he was very rude and not even wearing a name tag. The store also opened over 5 minutes late and I had places to be. Follett at WMU makes a habit of ordering a very small percentage of books (as compared to the total enrollment in the course). This means that students often are unable to purchase the book because it sells out. These books often sell out even BEFORE the first day of classes.
