Underground Printing — Local services in Kalamazoo

For the second year in a row - Underground Printing Kalamazoo has knocked it out of the park! We order roughly 450 to 500 items per year and have received every single item/size we ordered without issues/mistakes and most importantly on time!

Josh is great to work with - He has excellent communication and it's extremely evident that he is passionate about what he does! We recently had a slight issue with shipping and his team personally drove the apparel from their production warehouse to Kalamazoo!! You simply won't find that kind of service anywhere else. We are so grateful for Josh & his team and we look forward to working together for years to come.

Underground Printing prepared all of the giveaways my company and I needed for a 300+ person conference. This included drawstring bags, pens, notepads, water bottles, and t-shirts. We had a large order and a limited budget, but working with UGP allowed us to get quality products without overspending.The staff was BEYOND helpful in creating a design for each product, allowing us to make edits to their designs, and even working with different promotional companies to ensure us that our products would be ready before the "Absolutely Need By:" date. The staff made accommodations for me to pick the products up after normal operating hours due to my work schedule.

The products looked fantastic; our participants, youth and adults, loved them. The service cannot be beat. The turnaround time on our entire order was prompt, which meant no last minute scrambling on our end!

It has been a month since we were suppose to receive our order and we still don't have all of the apparel. We used their POGO ordering system. When we received the apparel the first time, the orders that were supposed to be customized were not so we sent them back. Last week, we received what was supposed to be the fixed customized orders and opened the box to realize less than half of the orders were there. Then they said they lost the rest of the orders and were going to have to reprint them and in order to reprint them they wanted us to recount and contact all of the people that ordered to figure what was missing. They finally ended up contacting everyone to find out what was missing and then found out our order was lost in another order and that it was at the store. We will not be ordering from Underground...
