Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Kannapolis

I know once my items are paid off from this kannapolis location they will NO LONGER get any of my business!! I have leased several times and items through this location and paid off everyone of them!! Never had an issue. Now the new management is rude and sarcastic and call me telling me I’m behind when my payments have ALWAYS came out every other Thursday with no problem so how now am I behind?!? I asked to speak to someone in higher management and the guy said he was the highest. I will pay off my current lease there and NEVER will purchase through them again!!

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS: So I had the Kannapolis location Come pick up the items that I was leasing from them because I wished to no longer use that location after my previous incident, So when they come to pick up my items since I will now be releasing from the Salisbury, they backed into my yard, which was fine to load the items, but on their way out, they hit my mailbox. They failed to inform anyone that they hit my mailbox. They didn’t stop and try to fix the mailbox so I come home from work and I find my mailbox leaned over, along with a huge scratch on my floor inside of my living room where they drug the items floor so I called the Kannapolis location and the manager. Ralph says he will send someone out so of course he did. He said someone came out but the gentleman sent out did nothing but try to give me ideas of how to fix my mailbox. He wants me to go buy supplies to fix my mailbox that they hit. So I said don’t worry about it don’t worry about it just go ahead and go so unprofessional you hit my mailbox and you scratch my whole living room floor and you give me ideas on how to repair it. I've been with this location about 10 years now. It is absolutely 100% the best location to get what you need. BRANDON is great! He's always professional and gets stuff done.

This location doesn't harass you such as the Mooresville location. It's no wonder the kannapolis location has a higher rating (per Google review). Terrible management there. This location works with you and doesn't hound you such as Mooresville. They work with you! Thanks again Brandon and this...

I really like the management here- Megan is very helpful and accommodating. I don't normally recommend these type of establishments ( I encourage people to save up and pay cash for their purchases) but Megan and her group strives to help her neighbors and offers 90 day same as cash options that helps customers avoid interest options.
