Burger King — Restaurant in Kannapolis

Ordered online was going to go pickup in drive thru. But couldn't line was to long and a woman in a mini van with a bunch of kids parked in the lane I saw her come out with nothing so i think she went to the bathroom she should of parked in the parking lot. She parked in front of the doors probably when there was no cars but the way the drive thru works cars needs that area. So cars had to go around her vehicle and cars coming in couldn't move hardly so I heard horns going off so we went inside to pickup. It was busy inside to the grill team did a good job at getting the food up for all us lunch hungry people. In the past the you could hear the grill team complaining and I believe a couple quit but now they have a great grill team they didnt complain and they got the food up. The manager man working drive thru and calling food back did a good job. But he almost gave our food to another customer but ty to the customer lady saying that's not my food. I was surprised the order was correct when we got home. The lady working up front did a good job to. If you want extra sauce she will charge you 2 customers had to pay for extra sauce I believe 16cents a sauce. So she follows the rules which is good for the store...

This is a charming Burger King inside. It’s either a new build or just underwent a massive remodel. I have only been to this location twice: drive-thru once and take-out once. When I drove through, the experience was fast, smooth, and pleasant. When I took out, the inside was epically beautiful and similarly smooth and fast. The inside of Burger King has neon lights, three kiosk ordering devices, an ordering counter, a pick-up window, a large dining area, plenty of OG paper crowns, and an overall fun atmosphere. The outside of the building is also interesting to look at. I chose to go to Burger King for takeout the other day because I discovered you can connect a BK rewards app with your Walmart Plus account and get 25% digital orders once a day, as well as a free Whopper once every three months. I am not a frequent BK diner and have never had a Whopper before, so I was excited to try the free one. I believe they made it correctly, and it was delicious. My onion ring order was also scrumptious. I would go to this location again. It was clean, the counter employee was pleasant, and I greatly enjoyed...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I just tried ordering through the drive through at 10pm. Yes, their open. I waited for someone to answer of 8 minutes. So I pulled around, knocked on the window, and the refused to serve me. The gentleman at the window was incredibly rude about it. I asked can I go around and pull back around, he said no, the would not serve me. I said ok and left, not a big deal. I come back 10 minutes later in my wife's car. Place a $30 + order. Pull around. Same guy, he knows its me. 2 out of 4 of my burgers have a roach placed right on top of them. I'll post pictures if corporate doesn't do anything. I'm giving them one more chance to apologize. That's all I want. I was never rude, I never raised my voice. I honestly believe it was the car I was in. It's expensive because I work hard and people hate that, especially middle aged and senior fast food workers. I'll never go back no matter what. But an apology would go a long way. And yes, I have them multiple chances...
