I was in Walgreens yesterday I needed my prescription. I was coming in a hurry. I worked two jobs youâre busy but what off was it wasnât busy. The employees were too busy at the end of the counter going through all the deals they marked on Clarence so not only did I have to stand there and wait until they were finished with that Employees why didnât they go on the shelf and they like every other store but I guess that happens and all the stores I donât know but thatâs not right. I seen six bottles of Smartwater for $1.59. I wouldâve picked it up but she literally brought A black basket to get out one by one to the pharmacy full of stuff with these guys and let them pick what they wanted , Iâm standing there waiting for prescription. Give them first pick but make sure you ainât got customers in line. Now the one girl she kept on waiting on her to give the guy the three flu shots, and the pharmacy when I couldâve literally went through the drive-through and got out faster and normally we all know that is not the case reason I didnât get the drive-through was in the white truck. It was backed up, two other cars behind him went through the drive-through before I got my prescription.    Read moreAnne, Pharmacy Technician, was absolutely amazing yesterday evening. My husband and I collectively had to receive 5 vaccines and the red tape was extremely daunting for Anne. She provided service excellence at its finest. From compassionate care, professionalism, excellence in communications, personality, everything was superb. Shawn at this location is wonderful too. I previously had a one star review for this location for customer service, I find that the service has completely changed over the last several months. I contribute this increase in customer satisfaction to quality employees that should be paid a premium. To the management, Anne deserves a massive pay increase, with an employee like her who genuinely cares for her patients is priceless. I asked them how long it would be before it was filled if I waited for it they said 15-20min, I decided I would come back to pick it up so that I wasnât sitting in their waiting room spreading the flu.
