The China Grove location is horrible! We love Subway but this location leaves a lot to be desired. We have ordered online for this location a few times now and each time our order has been incorrect. They have put the wrong ingredients, no ingredients or way over salted the sandwiches to where they were inedible. We have given them a couple chances because any place can have a bad day. That being said this is our last time at the China Grove location. This time we ordered online with a pickup time. When my husband aarrive at the scheduled pick up time they had not even started our sandwiches. My husband asked why the sandwiches were not ready and was told they couldn't control how many people walk in the doors. He then asked what that had to do with an online order and an employee told him not to be rude. They then made him stand in line behind the 5 people that were in the store before they would make the sandwiches that we had ordered and paid for 20 minutes prior. They handed him the food without an apology so he asked I don't even get a sorry for your wait and the girl replied we don't control the pick up times you are welcome to come in and order your food in person. WHAT????? And to top it all off...they still made my sandwhich wrong!!! Come on Subway you can't seriously believe this is good customer service. You can't seem to make a sandwhich correctly, the online ordering is irrelevant and when a customer has the nerve to say something you call them rude. To the manager of the China Grove Subway...you have definitely lost a long standing customer and with employees such as these I can see you...
Read moreEvery time we frequent this place, there’s a problem. On night shift, the employees are very rude teenagers and they always lock up early, then laugh at you when you pull on the door and realize they closed early. When we’ve ordered ahead online, our orders are never made correctly. Not even close. We tried to go earlier today during the day and in addition to the sandwiches my children ordered, I ordered a CHOPPED salad, which I told the employee up front, and she made the whole salad, then put the lid on. I reminded her that I needed it chopped, please, like they usually do, and was informed that “Subway did away with that” and they weren’t allowed to chop salads any more. It sounds bogus to me, and I feel like if they weren’t allowed to chop them anymore, she should’ve told me that up front when I ordered it, instead of just ignoring me and making it anyway. I wouldn’t have ordered the salad if I had known, and I told her so. If you’re going to be paying $12 for a salad, it should be made the way you want it. No apology or anything was offered. Enough was enough. I’ve given them so many chances. From now on, we will stick with Jersey Mike’s subs. They never disappoint, customer...
Read moreI went in today and I was a little taken an aback by all the food prepping without gloves. If it gets cooked I don’t care but this is the cold deli meats being touched literally ALL OVER. I was going to stick it out I try not to get to bent out of shape about those things because I’m sure there is a lot we don’t see at many restaurants, BUT the woman doing this was wearing scrubs! I mean seriously? Did you just leave a doctors office, a hospital, a vets office and you are now wearing those clothes while handling cold food bare handed?! The scrubs alone would have been enough to make me walk out. I have had many bad experiences here but it’s close by and convenient and sometimes the foods not bad. Anyways, I turned around and walked out and will not be returning. If management sees this I’d ask some question to...
