Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kannapolis

Not sure what's changed here but absolutely awful experience. Placed a delivery order. 30 mins passed and still no show. Called to see how much longer and guy on the phone says I never placed the order then after going back and forth a few times telling him that I did he asks someone else and they are telling him that it "showed up something weird" ( whatever that means) on their screen after i hung up so they called the number back attached to that order and the person on the other end said to cancel it. First of all there should be no other number but mine attached to that order. Not once did I get a phone call. So some worker was either lying to cover their butt for messing up or they called a complete stranger which is just unprofessional for getting that mixed up. Finally got tranferred to manager and he sounded like he could have cared less. Didn't even offer to give my a deal or money back for...

I took my granddaughters here on Friday evening around 5.30p.m...Waitress finally came to our table asked if we needed a menu which I had to ask her to repeat why she had said I told her yes we needed a menu she asked something else had to ask her what did she say wanted to know if we wanted something to drink gave her our drink order only 2other customers in restaurant at the time. She comes back with drinks takes our order large pepperoni pizza approximately 30 minutes later we get our pizza I tell the granddaughters it's hot oldest granddaughter says Grammy it ain't hot at all no lie we got a slice of pizza and ate it without having to let it cool off...also when she brought our pizza she asked can i get yall anything else i sad yes can we get plates... Although the pizza is good at this location of Pizza Hut the two times I have been there this year they have forgotten about my order after it was placed. The first time I was actually sitting on the bench that is designated for customers as they wait for their to go Pizza and I was kept waiting for almost 35 or 40 minutes and had to ask for my pizza because they had forgotten about me !!!! The second time I was in the Drive-Thru this past week and waited about 20 minutes and when the man opened up the window he realized he had forgotten me!!! Don't know what the problem is at this location but there is definitely a problem!
