If possible I may have given a 0. I was at the China Grove Bojangles on Jan 4 2020 in drive-thru. Ordered a one breast dinner and a breast and wing meal. The breast in breast and wing meal was fine. The breast in the single breast meal was approximately half the size of the one in the other meal. That was going to be hard to explain to the people that received it. So, I went thru the drive thru again. Told the young lady the problem. Wanted to know if they had another very small one to supplement the other one. Another person came to window. She immediately started telling me in a very rude voice that they did not make the chicken. They served what was sent. Which I understand. However she kept repeating herself in a very rude manner which added fuel to the fire. I finally told her she would give me my money back. She did not say anything else and have other person give me another small breast I am not a complete dummy. I understand what she was saying. Her customer service was terrible. You do not speak to a customer the way she did if the customer was not being ugly until pushed. Do not know her name. She had dark hair with a slight accent (not sure what kind). Some type of management possibly?? If and when I go back to this store, if I see her I will leave as I will not be treated as such. You may want to train her further in the customer...
Read moreThis was outstandingly a failure of service! I have been to several bojangles locations, never was I uncertain about visiting another time. My order for 3 chicken wings was not fresh , I seemed to have been waiting for long since there was a *staffing * issue. I received a verbal warning about my " attitude " . When my patience wore off I asked for my refund so I can just leave . There was tremendous customer disservice goings on that I wanted to remove myself from . However, I learned that I could not get a refund after I drove around the building to try and find anyone in charge ! I explained to the on duty manager that I was so sorry I couldn't take the food , the employee didn't have gloves on when she was handling my food. The situation became laughable when the same employee tried to force me to take the food and I explained to the in charge that I kept saying ' no I am not taking that , sorry ' . There was just chaos ! Short staffed is not any reason for rude standoffish and plain insulting language towards customers . As a paying customer, it is imperative that I feel confident and comfortable with decisions , also that I am treated fairly and with respect. I was quite insulted when I left this location , so..... there are several bojangles with " outstanding " customer service!!! This is...
Read moreBojangles’ has long been a favorite dining spot for my family. I remember my mother would take me as a small child to get some “shicken.” As the years have passed, I’ve always made it a point to visit any new Bojangles’ locations when they’re opened. This location, in the small town of China Grove, North Carolina (northeast of Charlotte) is one of the nicest Bojangles’ locations at which my family and I have dined. The town has one other fast food restaurant: Hardee’s. While there are the typical pizza , barbecue and Chinese joints, if you are looking for a quick bite from a drive-through, the town does not offer much. Now that Bojangles’ has opened, you can imagine how happy it made the town’s residents. We have visited here multiple times since it opened, usually as dine-in customers. Despite how busy the residents keep the staff, they have always met us with smiles and warmth. Interestingly, this location approaches customer service quite differently than every other Bojangles’ we have visited. There is a lady (unfortunately, I am not the best with names, so I cannot publicly commend her by name) who brings the orders to the customers at their tables. She interacts with the children and even offers them candy if the parents approve. I recommend you stop by and enjoy...
