I am a med patient from Florida visiting. I came to this location in need of my medication. The waiting room was a vibe, went into it with a great mood. The waiting room was a vibe!! Loved the free, non-medicated samples at the counter! The dark haired female associate at the counter was extremely kind, HOWEVER, my bud-tender not so much. I was made to feel like a burden for asking questions. I am an out-of-state medical patient , this is my first time visiting, I was uncertain of how things worked, the dispensary was much different than those back homeâŠ.and Josh was not understanding AT ALL. A dispensary should NOT send you into a panic just trying to get medication!!! At one point, he even raised his voice at me simply because I asked a question about a terpine profile. I was overwhelmed and needed GUIDANCE from my BUDTENDER (Josh) about the most effective way to get the relief I need on a budget.Once I explained again that I was on a budget, he sat back and stopped helping entirely. I broke out into a sweat, the beginning steps of a full-blown panic attack were occurring as this âbud tenderâ sat back on his personal cell phone, just waiting for me to make a decision on my purchase. When I didnât even know what all there was to offer! All in all, I wish I had just walked out. I wasted money on products that did not/will not even benefit me due to the fact that I was treated like a burden and rushed by my bud tender. If Josh is not able to help medical patients, he should not be allowed to work in a medical marijuana dispensary. Point blank. Iâve been to dispensaries in many states and I have never had a bud tender. Treat me this badly or make me feel this bad. I felt belittled just for needing certain Turpines. I felt like I was being made fun of because I couldnât pronounce Turpines. If you go to this dispensary, AVOID JOSH AS A BUDTENDER AT...
Read moreThis place was friendly and took their time before the recreational use was passed. Now, the budtenders have zero interest in helping you find what you need. I feel like I am interrupting their day when I visit. They rush you and the staff turn over has brought in disinterested staff that look at you with blank stares. I now ONLY go here when I want something quickly, as they are within walking distance of where I live. If you want to feel welcomed and not rushed to make a decision, as well as work with bud tenders that enjoy showing off the products, skip this place. Hop on 71 hwy and go to Releaf in Grandview. Night and day difference. Sorry Fresh Green, from a formerly loyal customer that has been frequenting your store since the doors opened.
Edit to add my recent experience September 2024: I went two days ago for flower and the store HAD NO FLOWER. Not a single option. Was basically a pre roll and edible shop. How does that happen?!?! The time before that? Two employees were yelling at each other so loudly that everyone could only stand back and watch. Other places are well oiled machines, this shop is limping along. I am shocked it is still in business. They don't know what they are doing, there is no passion. Come here if you know what you want and are willing to risk it not...
Read moreIâm not even one to do reviews like this, but out of all the dispensaries Iâve been to this was by far by least helpful. Iâve been a medical patient for almost a year now and everywhere I go the staff was more than willing to tell me what they have, âyou like this oh you might be interested in thisâ. They try to help me the customer know whatâs available. However that was not my experience here, it was as though they expected you to read a menu while waiting despite their being no menus so sure you see some sample product in the lobby but in the end youâre blind as to all the options and youâre not made to feel as though you should ask about them. As a medical patient I also found the place not worth going to. Itâs not required of course but every dispensary Iâve been to with my low income medical card has ensured medical patients get first access as well as 10% off with my card status (being poor has some perks) but here I got neither. Once again they canât be regulated to abide by those guidelines set by the state so they canât be faulted however if youâre medical I would avoid the place at all costs. No hate to the workers here, they seemed nice and were probably burnt out on a long day but this environment is just not great for...
