I asked for the refund to be put back on my bank card, since my difference owed back was still more than my gift card I used. It went back on the gift card instead! I said that I wanted it back on my bank card and told the lady operating the register as such. The owner was like, “Don’t get smart with her!” The guy yelled at me! I merely asked for my money back, and didn’t act confrontational in any way. Eventually, they gave me some of the money back in cash, and some back on my card. Then they claimed they were losing money since they gave me over $70 back on a $65 item….I guess they forgot I get refunded sales tax back on an item I paid for.
