Let's talk about it. Walk in and no one is at the front to help or greet you. Ordering is a struggle. Whatever you do, do not pay cash because the bill reader they use to determine if your cash is real or not is absolute trash and they will try to tell you that your money is fake. The drink dispenser is disgusting and don't get your hopes up for the right size lid and definitely don't hope for a straw because they don't have any for you unless you go behind the counter and get it yourself (remember no one working the front to help you). God forbid a group of teenagers walk in behind you because not only will the workers give your food to that table, that table will then start to eat your order even after they verbally stated no one ordered food. When you then express to staff who is trying to hand you someone else's order that you never got your order they will look for your order at other tables and then proceed to take that order from the table it was originally delivered to and then try to hand it to you (against food safety regulations). I at that point did not trust them enough to "remake" my order so I asked for a refund to which was a painful process because no one seemed to know how to do that either. Terrible. After asking specifically for extra in a blizzard and paying for it (as in our last experience they only mixed it halfway down and then straight ice cream) and my wife's shake was extra extra extra thick (showed the clerk the text lol ) to be completely disappointed. 30 minutes later. 😡 Yes, 30 minutes for 2 medium blizzards and a shake that was water. I had to apologize to the other customers for interrupting their experience just to get the clerk to even get us our ice cream after it had gotten made. Terrible. Didn't even want to go back in to have it corrected. Will never go back. Luckily they're that close to a dispensary where everyone is stoned and has the munchies. Today 05/14/2025 the cashier when my daughter and I went was incredible.i don't think it was the normal cashier as someone came walking up with a headpiece shortly after. It was her birthday and she begged for ice cream in a brand new white dress. She handed my daughter the ice cream that my daughter immediately spilled all-over said dress.tgis woman with out missing a beat gasped and had a bigger better one ready in seconds i was biting my lip. She handed me the next cone which I gave to my daughter and made sure her hands were right.
