Think long before you hire this decorator. Our building is one year and several hundred thousand dollars into a project to rework the lobby. Virtually nothing has been done to date with the exception of floor prep, floor covering, some painting and a small amount of finish work. Every color utilized thus far in an iconic mid century building in Brookside is gray. So much gray. Cheap vinyl flooring was used and poorly laid. Three different kinds of carpet. It is a veritable hodgepodge of gray. No furniture. No trim. This job has been an embarrassment from the start to this date.
