CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Katy

I went to the pharmacy to transfer my elderly parents prescriptions and the female pharmacist was extremely rude. She resisted taking the information and insisted that I call the doctor to request all new orders for medication. Two days later, I went in to confirm the new orders were received and to discuss my mother's medication and she rudely approached the counter and asked if I was transferring medication (not knowing it was for my mother) and said "I thought I told you to contact the doctor!" which I stated I did and was there to take care of my mother's medication. By this point, I decided to leave if this was the customer care they provide. Prior to this, my family's medication was at this location and upon trying to fill my daughter's seizure medication, I was told she had no refills. After confirming there were refills sent from the doctor, the CVS pharmacy had mistaken and it was listed under a different number in my daughter's file. Very poor management, customer care, and understanding of patient needs...

If you're looking for a retail store maybe this could be it, if you're looking for a pharmacy then this is not the right place, they're always either out of stock or closed/closing, their answer for both situations is figure it out by yourself, go to another store, download the app and keep track of when the prescription will be available and so on. They're not rude, I won't say that, they're actually nice and friendly but the root cause of the problem simply goes beyond. Having this pharmacy near my place it's the same as having nothing.
