Good services and easy to drop off packages. Employee was very nice. I’ve been taking packages here for a long time, although there are a lot of competitors to use nearby.

However, today the employee quoted me a price and I then gave her my credit card and when she gave me the receipt, the total was higher (by 3.5%). There was a “non-cash fee” detailed on my receipt. When I asked the employee what that was, she stated it was “a fee charged by the machine.” I told her this has not always been the case at this location and she said ever since this owner installed the new machine, it charges the customer the fee to use a credit card. I actually don’t think she really even understands how those work. The processing company doesn’t charge the customer unless the owner of the business has set it up that way. Most businesses pay the cc transaction fee to provide payment flexibility for the customer in this electronic age we live in. They don’t pass that fee onto the customer at least without telling them they are going to do that.

This is just another example of a small business owner that doesn’t want to pay for the cost of doing business with their customers. With the cost of inflation, I’ll just go somewhere else to ship my packages.

If you want to charge your customers for using their credit card, at least post that in writing at your place of business and/or have your employee highlight it to your customer. Otherwise, this is a deceptive...

Nice service, lots of supplies for cheap, but insane overcharged prices to mail a small, box instead of being honest. I say this with suspicion because my face dropped looking at the mailing price, and although the person helping me was nothing short of kind and helpful, she started over explaining and trying to justify why it’s $60 to mail said box internationally. I spent more on shipping than the contents of the box, the price of the cardboard box, and the stuffing. There’s just no way. After I’d walked out I found another vendor selling the shipping sticker for $7. More than triple the difference. I would’ve walked back in and asked for a refund and paid the difference of the materials I used to finish packing my mail, but they’d closed and were done for the week and it had been taken for shipping.

So yeah, compare prices if needed, drop off your mail, perfect for missing mailing supplies like envelopes stuffing etc, would not mail anything that’s not a letter here...

Had great experience with their service. They were friendly. I came to do to notary. They had a small table with some toys for my kids to play which was a HUGE help. It would have been hard to try to watch the kids and did the transactions. It showed their focus ok customer service when they thought of little things like that. I came back to mail some stuff and enjoyed the experience as well. I loved it when I got to see what they were doing on the computer, so I could make sure they put everything correctly. They had no problems showing what they were doing, and that shows transparency. They made some mistakes in selecting some boxes, they gave me a discount in return. I will come back and use...
