First I want to mention I am fairly new to vaping and vape shops so this review is coming from a sort of outsiders prospective.
I made 2 purchases. I bought a refillable cartridge for a vape pen I hadn't used for 2 years, and "cbd kings cbd oil."
Several issues:
1.) I asked the lady if she could show me how to refill the cartridge. She said she didnt know how.
2.) I asked for a cbd oil with no thc as my job drug tests. She referred me a cbd oil with no thc. I bought it and went out to my vehicle, read the back label and it said it contains .03 thc. I returned and traded it in for "cbd kings oil".
3.) The cartridge i bought from them leaked out all the juice after 2 hours of sitting on my counter.
4.) I checked the cbd kings oils website after I bought the juice to do some research. Their website says it has vitamin E in it. The website only had one review with somebody pointing this fact out saying, "doesnt vaping vitamin e cause health problems?" The website did not respond to this comment. The bottle does not even mention there is vitamin e in it. Iv heard vitamin e in vape products might be the cause to all these vaping related health issues recently.
5.) There was no safety seal on the cbd kings cbd oil. It was just a bottle you twist to open. ANYBODY could tamper with this product. Heck when I opened it it looked used, there was oil around the inside of the cap.
6.) I tried to return the products for either a trade or a refund, the front desk lady called both of her superiors. Their proposed solution? A 10 % discount on my next purchase. No refund, no trade just a 10% discount!!! What a slap in the face.
Hell nobody would of known that I opened it because there is no seal on these very sketchy cbd products to begin with.
6 complaints in two 15 minute stops at this place. Unbelievable.
Now im out $65. It's a shame because if my visit would of been a good one then I might of been a customer for years to come but this experience has completely turned me off to vaping cbd oil and vape...

We have been avid customers at Pinapple Express for years. We will not be returning to any location, but this location is where the issues occured. My partner bought a disposable vape with two oil chambers at the recommendation of the worker. Unfortunately the vape would only pull from one chamber and then was just burnt. My partner went to see if there was anything that could be done. The worker advised the product was defective, Pinapple Express knows these disposables were often defective but they continue to sell ( and recommend ) them anyways. She said there was nothing she could do about the products being faulty except sell my partner another item at full price. I can understand a fluke item here and there but the business clearly knows some of their products do not work, yet they sell them at full price anyhow and will not provide any remedies when even a loyal customer has a problem. I want to say 1 issue that needs to be fixed out of several years of service isn't bad. But the fact the worker admitted the business is aware the products, They Recomended, were often faulty and there was nothing they were going to do about it has turned us away as customers permanently and I would advise you do not give them your...
