Okay… finally…SO sorry guys…. I’ve been ordering pizza from (you) this particular location for years and now really feel compelled to recognize your/their consistent good quality AND service. Keep in mind that I personally have certain unusual tastes… like every pizza HAS to have extra sauce (and then some lol)…. I’m the pickiest person ever and as unusual as it sounds (my hubby hates me, ha) I actually don’t care if my veggies fall off due to lack or cheese/xtra sauce, but actually theirs don’t! They always make it exactly as I want it to be as if they know my medical history or something, haha. And I doubt they know, lol. This Pizza Hut…. I want ya’ll to know I appreciate it. I order a LOT of pizza lol, I have to, lol. The domino’s nearby that delivers to me is just awful and I’ve always like Pizza Hut better anyway. I like little Caesar’s too but they DoorDash now and I feel I’m wasting money (Pizza Hut is still better). This is one of the few places I can order from and they deliver it directly and promptly. That’s really nice. The pic doesn’t do it justice, btw (pan pepperoni, pan pepperoni/mushroom, stuffed crust pepperoni, bell pepper,mushroom)… like I said… I like extra sauce and light cheese…so what other ppl find weird, well I like it, lol. They do what I ask without trying. It’s just nice to know you’re getting what you pay for.
OH and this shld be known… I once I accidentally didn’t order extra sauce on the side (or not enough… I have medical issues w swallowing), and the delivery guy insisted on going back and bringing it back to me. Come on… who does that?! Great place. I really do wish I could recall his name, but Pizza Hut? I’m hoping you could look that guy up and give that delivery guy some props. 🙏👍 (it was some time ago, though) Thank you for being a trustworthy franchise! I’m a nanny for multiple families and work 4 jobs and then some and I JUST need food to have one hand on the go… I can always trust you!

I placed an order at Pizza Hut located at 2922 Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77449 for a Large Hand-Tossed Veggie Lover’s Pizza with added beef. Instead, what I received was something that resembled a Supreme Pizza, containing pepperoni and sausage — both of which are pork-based. I am Muslim, and eating pork is strictly prohibited in my faith. This is not just a simple order mistake; this is a violation of deeply held religious dietary restrictions and could have had serious implications.
Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately called the store. I spoke with someone named Bow, who displayed very little empathy or accountability. He initially said that the best he could offer was a refund without a replacement pizza — essentially telling me I would have to go without food despite the mistake being entirely on their end. To make matters worse, Bow claimed he couldn’t issue the refund because the manager wasn’t there.
After a frustrating back-and-forth, Bow finally agreed to process a refund and said he would send someone named Bob to handle it. Bob returned to collect the incorrect pizza and handed me $30 in cash, but did not return the tip I had already given for the delivery — which is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate under these circumstances.
This entire experience was appalling from start to finish:
Gross negligence in preparing the correct order. Total lack of cultural/religious sensitivity. Unprofessional customer service, with little effort to make things right. No replacement meal offered, leaving me without dinner. Partial refund with no reimbursement for the tip. As someone who has ordered from Pizza Hut for years, I am incredibly disappointed and will never order from this location again. I strongly urge others — especially those with dietary restrictions — to be cautious when ordering here. Mistakes happen, but this store’s inability to properly address their error with respect, urgency, and decency is unforgivable.
Pizza Hut corporate should be made aware of how poorly this location is managed. This was more than just bad service — it was disrespectful...
Read moreManager called the Police on me and said I made a threat to blow up the building! Can you believe this? Made and order at 5:30 on 11/16/16 for delivery. Note: I gave them my credit card information. By 6:30 pizza's were still not delivered. I called up and talked with Manager. He said my order was for pick-up. I told him no it was for delivery, remake my pizzas and deliver them. 7:45 I called back and asked what the problem was, a different person said that they were not delivering my pizza because I threatened to blow the place up or something like that, and they have my audio recorded. I didn't know what to say.... This was crazy. About a half hour later I got a call from a Sheriff's Deputy and we had a nice talk. Needless to say the Cop new better. Why would I give you my credit card information if it was an order for pick-up. Wouldn't I pay when I showed up for the pick-up? I didn't threaten anyone.
