Moved to HTX a couple months ago. Was in desperate need of a new barber. Had already rotated through a couple and still wasn’t happy with my cuts. Saw a guy with a perfectly clean fade at the gym, so I asked for his barbers info and he connected me with RJ.

I’ve been seeing RJ ever since, getting a fresh and perfect fade/cut every time! Never a need to give him instructions, never need corrections and never need to do anything differently tbh. Every visit has been like the first appt. His attention to detail and fading skills are unlike anything I’ve ever seen or experienced before. He even goes to work on finished fades with small scissors ensuring grade A quality and perfection! I mean - who does that - no one, but RJ!

RJ is literally the only barber I trust to touch my hair ever since I started going to him I leave satisfied every single time. The quality and service he provides is well worth the price and to be honest with you I’d still pay more if I had to. I’m the type of person who comes in wanting to try different cuts and he’s been patient and open to helping me achieve my hair growth process as well always giving his best input on which route on my cut we should take to help achieve my hair goals and I’ve never met another barber who listens and cares for the client that much. I’ve been taking my 4 year old son to Rj for about a year now and not once have we had a bad experience. My son never had a haircut before seeing him and the first ever haircut, he was so patient and calm with him & still is. He makes my son comfortable every time we go in. I would technically say we “cheated” on him -because I was so busy and agreed to have someone else take him to their barber and my son came home looking an absolute mess!
