First of all I want to say ( CODY ) is a very nice man. He understood the situation was WRONG!! So here is our experience with QUICK FIX PLUS.
They had my computer for a month. I had not heard from them, so I stopped by to pick it up. My computer was still not done after a month. Cody told me they ordered a hard drive and 2 of them came in bad! So that is why it is not done yet. Then Cody called the owner and said the lady is here to pick up her computer and the owner said O it will be done in the next day or so. I was upset it had already been a month. Then Cody asked the owner do you want to talk to the customer? and the Owner would not speak with me. My husband went down there 2 days later to pick it up, but my computer was not snapped back together, and they replaced my touch screen with a regular screen and all the programming was off of it. My husband said why is the screen not a touch screen and why is the computer not put back together properly. They had no answer. They never called us to let us know they were replacing the touch screen, never called us to say hey we are having trouble with the companies we order products from to fix the computers are sending us bad products. Never made 1 phone call to us in a month. So now we are angry as hell!!! my husband told the owner to put my computer back together the way it was in the first place and I will it somewhere else. So, we picked it up the next day and noticed we didn't get our charger back! DAMNIT!!!! now we must go there again! My husband went down there today to pick up the charger and they gave us a universal one. Not the charger that goes to the computer. HELL what’s next !!! My husband was pist at this point!! and yelled at the owner. The owner told my husband I am calling the cops and my husband said for what because now you can’t find my charger and your disorganized and you won’t give me my charger back. You probably took my touch screen out of my computer and sold it, So the owner asked my husband to leave and he left PIST!. When my husband came home and told me what happed. I called QUICK FIX TO TALK TO CODY and said I am coming with the Police so there are no problems. Before I leave my house. Some cop that doesn’t sound like one calls my phone and says I am not allowed to come up to the store to pick up my Charger. And it’s a civil matter. You have got to be kidding me! So, they STOLE FROM ME and got AWAY with it. My advice to you all is do not ever EVER!!! go to this company. They will RIP YOU...

It seemed like they were still in the middle of fixing it for me, not finished and I picked up the next day (a different tech working on that day). It's probably the problem of transitioning between the shifts and communication. They told me to bring the laptop back, took good care of my laptop, offered some refund, and extended my warranty. The GM communicated and handled the situation professionally. I will give them another try in future!
I brought my Dell XPS 13 to replace my charging port. They said it's ready the next day. But when they took it out and put it back in. It was not put in at the right positions. My headphone jack was messed up, cause the board was lifted up, not placed back at the right place, the button with 5 LEDs to check remaining battery was not functioned. Again because it was not put back in where it is supposed to fit. The warranty was 90 days, I brought it back on Saturday hopefully mine can get fixed, maybe they were busy but I needed mine back on Sunday to work. I came back, nothing was done and got mine back. So I asked my friend to open it, figured out the board was lifted up, two of the screws was missing and one was hanging out under the bottom cover and was not put back in. We were able to fix it ourselves but wasting our time while I already paid for the service. Maybe they are not familiar with repairing laptops, but i think detail oriented is an important quality to do this kind of job. Even the charging port was replaced, it worked but other things...

I brought my laptop in for a simple screen repair, but the technician refused to proceed unless I provided my BitLocker recovery key and allowed him to disable encryption on my device. This was not only unnecessary for the service requested — it was a clear attempt to gain unauthorized access to my private data.
BitLocker protects sensitive files, and no legitimate repair should ever require its removal unless you're replacing the hard drive (which was not the case here). His insistence on bypassing my encryption for a simple screen repair was highly suspicious and I ended up taking my laptop elsewhere.
Note to future customers: If you choose to come here ( and you shouldn't), please know that your laptop doesn't even need to be powered on for a screen replacement.... let alone, your encryption disabled.
I shared my experience with 2 other repair shops in the Katy area and they couldn't believe that this place asked me to disable encryption to replace a screen.
My note to the owner: God sees everything. But I doubt you believe in Him by the way you behave.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: Are you kidding me? Accusing me of being a competitor? Your name on Google does not always have to match your legal name. You work with computers, surely you know this. I really hope Google does contact me regarding this review, as I have all of my records showing my dealings with...
