It was definitely a different experience than the past years. My family and I entered the theater and notice an employee sitting on the counter tops with one shoe on the counter (germs?) We greeted her with a friendly hello and never received one back. I asked her if there was a family bundle deal that we could share and she never answered me but rang us up for that bundle i suppose that was her way of saying yes there was. She began doing our drinks without asking what we wanted..I guess she would read our minds? The lights were on while we watched our movie which was ruining the experience. And top of that my husband was very uncomfortable with the fact that the clerk only interacted with him when he went to get candy, as she was more talktive and approachable. And as we left the movie I went to the restroom which the lights in the restroom were flickering wildly. I mentioned it as I left the theater but the clerk didn't acknowledge what I said. As we left my husband mentioned that when the other patrons were in the lobby saying thank you to the clerk she didn't acknowledge them but when he was alone she said bye have a good day. The other patrons were female. My husband has never been one to notice other people's interactions with him but this one made him very uncomfortable. Management should be consider more customer service training opportunities for their staff. But the...
Read moreA nice place to watch a movie! I love the audio surround system. The staff are friendly, i don't mind the rules which are posted to govern other local patrons. I notice local patrons can become testy, rude and crude in manner because they don't want to follow the posted rules. Ex. Upon entering, one sign reads as follows, "turn off your cellphone or it will be confiscated!" Then I enter the theater and I see five other patrons with their phone on. Some local patrons I notice don't like to be told once about rules or courtesy for other patrons as they aren't very docile to be subjective for rules or authority. The employees have their hands full as they try to post rules which are ignored. Aside from rude patrons who make it hard for the employees. It is definitely a five star experience in...
Read moreDid not like my experience there reason being I had my family there last night 3/9/17 we wanted to watch Logan but was told I needed legal documents for my family in order to watch that movie! I understand the rating but I had my nephew who's 16 and my wife's sister who's also 16 and the short lady who know us due to being married to my wife's cousin brother she told us that my nephews mother was required to be there in order for him to watch the film. This is ridiculous when did legal documents become part of watching a movie. I suggest this lady needs to be fired immediately for now we will never come back in the...
