Taco Bell — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I am almost strictly a "dollar menu" kinda gal, no shame, hustlers gotta hustle 😂 You just can't go wrong with a cheesy bean and rice burrito (or 10, no judgements). I only pity the digestive failure of anyone that can't handle this fine cuisine 😋 My only, and yes, ONLY criticism would be the "mild" sauce. Mind you, I find black pepper spicy. 🥵 I swear on my ridiculously wimpy taste buds, they've secretly been sneaking ghost peppers into the new sauce recipe. WHY?! 😭 I used to swear, given the chance, I'd slurp down packet after marvelous packet. Perhaps it's a sad fact of aging, that while some people begin to LOSE their senses; mine are becoming intolerably heightened. Thank you allkthe same....

Stopped by this location and the young lady at the front didn't have any customer service skills-no greeting before taking our order. My companion needed to go to the bathroom and asked how long the bathrooms will be closed. The lady at the counter replied, "Uummm... I don't know". As we waited for our order, the restaurant was freezing cold. (Today is a cold rainy day) We got our food-not a single "thank you, have a good evening" and so we decided to eat in the warmth of our vehicle instead of freezing inside. The workers need to focus on improving their customer service skills-the place used to be...

I am so disappointed by that place. I've tried to order a chili cheese burrito without meat, and after specifying my order to the cashier several times as well as asking if my order was possible, I got one with (!) meat. As a vegetarian, this is unacceptable. After 3 meatless years, I ate a bit today - without knowing first. Every vegetarian or vegan will know the feels. I talked to the employees a few more times, they made me a new one. Again - with meat. I gave up on ordering and left - feeling angry and sad. This was my first and surely last time...
