Circle K — Local services in Keansburg

My mother went today around 12 and bought 4 items and got charged about 6 dollars more then the items were my mother a older women asked the women to redo that makes no sense so the cashier did it again and all of a sudden it was 12 bucks this is twice my mother walked ther and felt like she was over charged so who ever runs that’s place needs to watch who they hire they are ripping off old people and keeping the difference I’m sure!! I’ve gone in ther a few times and the women working they didn’t look like they toke good care of them selfs let alone the place they work the inside is ran down the cash registers look like they are taking apart the freeezers are filthy the shelves are filthy I understand why fix stuff up if costs money to fix and the owners don’t wanna spend but the area is trying to clean it self up and it’s a bad look having a store in this kinda shape around

Also 1 more side note when my mom mentioned she was over charged and they redid it and the price was 6 less then women originally said my mother asked for a receipt and the women said they don’t give out receipts? I’ve seen the cash registers they do look like they been threw war and probably are broken and don’t give out receipts but if some 1 asks for a receipt they should receive 1 if the registers are broke fix them if place is to cheap to fix give these people working a invoice pad to write stuff...

I was there yesterday morning 8/27/2024 and the young blonde girl there made my experience extremely unpleasant. She was extremely unprofessional. As I was checking out, She brutally in violent gesture emptied my shopping cart on the counter. When I asked her why, she complained that I should have emptied it for her (I didn’t know she wanted me to empty it so I placed it on the counter near the register to check out). Then when I wanted to place the potato chips on top so they don’t get smashed by other heavy items, she got really unpleasant and said you’re on your own. I bagged my items while feeling bad for the undeserved hostile treatment . I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but people with a temper shouldn’t be serving customers. I told her I wouldn’t shop there anymore. She then with her snotty attitude told me the other grocery store is few blocks away. She’s clearly sabotaging the business. I recommend that employees like her receive training in good manners and how to...

Tried to walk in at 10:40 pm yesterday (8/11/2019), but the doors were locked and the cashiers were counting the register. The best part is that the employee with the pony tail was yelling at me like I did something wrong. There were at least 5 customers besides myself trying to get in.
