The store is very clean, the staff are professional! I also make dog food on occasion and will buy my premix meats here. We really love this small town butcher. Great quality plus they're always so nice and helpful. I love to stop in for some fresh sprouts to put on my salads, wraps, and sandwiches! The week of the 4th I stopped in for some burgers and we tried the beef and cheddar, spicy, and mushroom and swiss. Those burgers were phenom. plus they were cheaper and taste better than the Hy-vee gourmet...
