Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kearney

Rudest owners I've ever seen. Condescending and just plain rude in every way. They also run their staff to the bone because they have such horrible attitudes nobody wants to work for them. Also. When leaving a tips, the owner keeps the tips and only gives the waitresses what he feels they earned. Under staffed, food was bland if not completely gross. Also stomach nightmare the rest of the night and into the next day. The place stunk like hadn't been properly cleaned. The woman at the register was the most hateful and rudest owner I've ever encountered... how is this place still in business.. I was also told my kids were too loud because they were giggling because it took 45 minutes waiting on our dine in food. They are 2 and 3 years old, they were hungry, we had to keep them happy until our nasty food finally arrived. After watching and listening to the owner explain about the tips to his ONLY server and watched them split it up, she was clearly devastated and he was an ass about it. I will never eat there again. I'd rather eat asphalt and bird poop before going back to that place. Needs new management. This is a disgrace to pizza shoppe reputation everywhere ... next time I'll go to price chopper and get a frozen pizza and...

Been going here for many years, unfortunately service and product is declining. On my last visit, I ordered three pizzas and they told me they messed up one of them and needed to do a rebake. After waiting some time they told me they messed it up again and needed to do another rebake. At that point it was over an hour since the ordered and I had other commitments, so I asked for a refund on one pizza and I would take the other two. They said that refunds are not possible, only credits for future orders, and the future order had to be over the phone, not online. This was not acceptable to me. The manager then said the pizza would be ready in one minute, so I agreed to wait. When I got home, that pizza was still raw and not cooked. While I prefer to resolve issues with the manager and give local businesses another chance, unfortunately, in this case that was not successful, so I will not be going back to...

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings $64 and change. We get the pizzas delivered 2 were thin and crispy crusts, they were thin but the very doughy. This has happened several times but on a Wednesday at 5:30 pm? I took the pizzas and wings back to the store and showed them the pizzas and asked for a refund. The person on duty said they could remake them, I replied that I wanted a refund. She told me she could give me a credit. I said no, I won’t be dining here again. She called her boss, and I left without my pizza and without my money. They stole my money! What kind of customer service is this. Now I have to call corporate.
