Both Hailey and Casper were so nice and so accommodating to EVERYTHING! My boyfriend has needed help picking out a 3 year anniversary present (he was stuck between 3 items he thought I would like) but expressed he wanted earrings to complete a set of mine to which Casper helped him find the perfect pair! I came back in because my boyfriend wanted to show me a Winnie the Pooh necklace and Casper immediately recognized him and asked me how I loved the earrings. I was so taken aback that he remember it was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful of Casper to not only remember a customer but to remember why they are buying and what they bought. I was looking at some other jewelry while we were there and both Casper and Hailey were SUPER informative about their ethical sourcing and the quality of their stones. They asked to take a look at my rings as I said I LOVED the stones in my rings currently and I mentioned that they were cloudy and Hailey immediately offered to have a free cleaning done on them. This Kay in Keene is the BEST! I’ve always felt out of place going into jewelry stores but not here! Today I went in to get a new chain for a pendant I was gifted. I like long chains and they didn’t have any in stock in the metal I wanted (sterling silver). So they let me try on longer lengths in other metals and I found the perfect length! I worked with Morgan, who helped me order the right chain. She even asked me what style I like! (I didn’t know there were different styles!) It really helped narrow down what I was looking for with all the options! Morgan was super friendly and knew what she was doing!

For the store itself, they seemed moderately busy with a few other customers, but the staff was attentive and promised to be with me as soon as they could get to me. They didn’t ignore me or anything. They were all professional from what I witnessed while I looked around. The store is neat and orderly and I’m wondering how they have such clean cases because I need their cleaning help for my mirrors!

My husband wanted to buy me some dangle diamond earrings. We saw Unstoppable Love Diamond Halo Earrings 1/2 ct tw Round-Cut 10K White Gold in the Leominster, MA store - the young lady who waited on us did not seem very knowledgable, and did not tell us they were on sale, for $420. less than the ticketed price. We then went to the Keene NH store (which was close by, and no sales tax) - Ed waited on us, and was very patient and helpful. I was not familiar with the type of clasp - we did purchase the extended warranty for repairs, etc, but it did not cover loss. I wore the earrings maybe 11 hours over 2 days, and realized one had fallen out of my ear - luckily I found it at home right away.
