As I've stated multiple times I am a home Depot addict it is one of my favorite stores. On this particular trip I knew exactly what I was after paint for my kitchen cabinets as I had recently used a rustoleum cabinet transformation kit that I was extremely unhappy with. I strongly encourage you to do your research before using such a kit as the full-size kit runs$199.00 which is what I purchased. The gentleman working in the paint department was older which excited me, I assumed increased knowledge. I inquired a minimum of six times about the exact color of my kitchen walls as I purchased the paint at home Depot. I inquired so many times as every time he would not look it up in the computer. Why do I maintain a home Depot account with all my projects and were all my purchases are stored if I can't get an employee to simply verify the color of my kitchen walls. That verification was leading to my purchase of more paint. I explained what I needed for a base paint and headed down the aisle only to discover that the employee had actually taken off. I spent a little under 2 hours with no assistance from this employee. I climb the racks to obtain a certain base unfortunately I had worn a brand new white shirt on that got covered in filth. When I returned to the paint counter it was due to the store closing and it took me 30 minutes to receive assistance. After 15 minutes I was able to speak with two employees at the customer service desk and the individual shopping was me had actually gone over to the checkout to ask them to pay someone to assist me. When the disappearing employee, to my dismay returned, he was unable to answer my questions. With each question I became more upset as he was doing nothing with his computer where he would find my answers. Something is up with the paint department at home Depot and I find it very upsetting all other areas of the store I've received excellent service. As stated in a previous review I purchased three cans of a certain gray colored paint in Bear Marquee. The three cans were for one project and stored in the computer so no issue when I went back in because I needed more. Absolutely wrong none of the three cans matched. I ended up leaving home Depot with nothing that I went into purchase because this employee walked away rather than assisted me. That was a $200 sale home Depot did not get. I did purchase a shower curtain that was clearanced I just grabbed it and left had to check out the young lady was fantastic. I admit I never checked the size of the shower curtain but when I got home it fit perfectly and I happen to have had a can of paint I will go great with it so doing the bathroom. In my checkout process I was blown away that the gentleman from the paint department actually walked up to me and I was speaking of my experience. Nothing fowl or hurtful just the lack of assistance and the letdown. I turn to the gentleman and said I just need the night to think about it get myself together and I will come back tomorrow and get what I want. I almost fell over when he said Great I'll be here tomorrow, what?! Guess what I did not go to home Depot the following day if this gentleman was going to attempt to provide me a service at home Depot again it's going to take more than 24 hours from me to be able to let him attempt to...

Our fridge was supposed to be delivered Oct 22 by the company that Home Depot hires to make their deliveries. Upon deliver the fridge was in poor condition and the delivery men were so unprofessional it made my fiancé uncomfortable. Luckily we filed a complaint about the fridge within 48 hours so we were able to schedule a new delivery date to swap the current fridge for a new undamaged one. We also requested that it be delivered by different staff of the delivery company which they were completely understanding of.
WE DIDNāT GET THE FRIDGE UNTIL DECEMBER 12th. That is right, December TWELFTH. Between the company scheduling the fridge to be delivered on dates I said we were unavailable or them just not showing up, we ended up waiting two months for our fridge.
This being completely unacceptable, I reached out to the manager at HD to make it right and she did absolutely nothing. The update was, well, the company has a lot of orders to ship from Black Friday now, so yourās canāt be delivered until Thursday or Friday of next week. Youād think that because I ordered my fridge in OCTOBER that we would get priority but nope. Upon her voicemail telling me this information, I called back and left a voicemail saying how obscured this is and that she needs to make it right and if not then Iāll just contact the delivery company directly, and guess what, she never got back to me. No apology, no game plan for a more satisfactory outcome, nothing.
To top it off, the fridgeās door is broken. But we didnāt notice it within the 48 hours of delivery so I guess weāre out of luck. YAY SAMSUNG FRIDGES, YAY HOME DEPOTāS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND YAY POORLY RUN DELIVERY COMPANY. Oh, and goodbye $1200 that I spent on a fridge at Home Depot. Next time, take the later delivery date and go to Sears. Will definitely be leaving a review with the...

The delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks after I purchased and was supposed to arrive today (July 12th) between 2-4pm my husband had to take off work to be home for the delivery. 4:30 rolls around and still no one has notified us about why the delivery still has not arrived. We call Home Depot and they say they will call the deliverers to see what's going on...they never call us back. We call again and they tell us the delivery people say they are running late because of the job they had before us. 6 comes around and we still have not heard from the delivery people. We call Home Depot again and now they can't get in touch with the delivery people because they are not answering the phone. They tell us the company they are using is Jb hunt. We call jb hunt they say they don't know who has our delivery or where it is. We call them again they say they are unable to get in touch with the delivery people because they are using a new company they haven't used before and the delivery people aren't answering the phone...so obviously our washer never arrived. So unprofessional and extremely sketchy!! How can you not get in touch with or have contact information about the people who are delivering for your company? Very disappointed...needless to say we cancelled our order and asked for a refund. You would think with such horrible service they would atleast offer a gift card or some kind of "we are sorry for this extremely unprofessional experience" but nope nothing. I used to come to this Home Depot for everything but I will definitely be going elsewhere...
