The sales lady was amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, super nice and caring, one of the few few times when I haven't felt like I was nothing more then a dollar sign. Helped me find the bed that was closest to the one I wanted as another place told me it would take 6-12wks to get in, so the one I got is almost like the one I wanted and to say the least for beautyrest it's not that back, not to mention the price even before discounts was amazing. It arrived within 2-3 days which is great for any delivery that has to come from a warehouse, finding the bed that would fit my needs after I said everything that was wrong with my body seemed to be even high on the priority list for her, then going with what is recommended as every individual is different and so are the needs. For instance my mother needs a medium-firm mattress, which is what your supposed to have with back problems, I on other other hand need the softest hammock type for mine, and she went more then out of her way to find one short of getting a smart bed cause I'm not that into it. And that's when she had me try the beautyrest smart pressure which isn't bad I must say, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else either because honestly I've been all over my area and haven't found a...

Generally I don’t often make time to review businesses but to show appreciation to the gentleman, Stan, who went above and beyond to help me last minute, I sure will! I came to Mattress Firm located on Ashbrook Rd Keene NH looking for an affordable mattress that didn’t necessarily have to be the greatest but something I could use temporarily for unexpected guests in my home. The store was closing in one hour and I urgently needed something that suited my budget that night. Unfortunately there was nothing in stock at that specific store that fit my criteria but Stan with his awesome customer service skills found me a quick fix at a different store nearby. I was able to that night pick up an affordable mattress for my unexpected guests. I was very pleased with this gentleman’s performance in finding a solution for my situation. Thank you and I will be back for sure! Mattress Firm selections are great by the way, very smart to start introducing dark blue and black mattresses. I never cared for white because everything shows up on them and doesn’t hold it’s appeal for long....
