Starbucks — Restaurant in Keene

We were on a time table to go somewhere else. Not super urgent, but had to keep moving. We both ordered a sandwich that needed to be heated. The teenagers working the place were talking and didn't communicate the order properly to the other. After getting our drinks and waiting another 5 minutes, I noticed both girls on their cell phones. I asked them about the sandwiches. They both acted surprised and said if I still wanted the sandwich, I would need to wait until they heated up the oven. They said it takes about 8 minutes plus the time to heat up the sandwich. I let them know I unfortunately don't have the time and would like to just get a refund. They both stared at me like a cow looks at an oncoming train and told me they didn't have the power to give a refund and would have to call a supervisor. The supervisor came over and said that Starbucks doesn't give refunds, only gift cards. I let them know how ridiculous this whole situation was and that if I pay for something, I shouldn't have to monitor the waitstaff as to whether or not they...

Wow, I just have to share my experience. I was in target being a goofball like I normally am and complaining about prices because we’re being gouged let’s face it anyway I don’t typically go to Starbucks am more of a dunks person, but I noticed some cups for sale at the Starbucks, location and Target and the nice girl at the counter her name I believe was Emma most incredible nicest person she explained they were 70% off and then I saw some sugar and liquid sugar. Let’s put it that way and I would’ve never bought that sugar pad. Emma not explain but it was how it was a great deal. He made me feel like I. Was important she was happy, upbeat, and definitely represent a Starbucks in a proud. Manner. So I just want to give a shout out to MOM for making a cell that would’ve never happened. Being upbeat happy when everyone else around us is miserable. So it seems anyway thank you Emma great job I’ll be back to get another one of those weird named coffees. That is so foreign to me. They used to have a few drinks of ice tea and hot latte type of things pretty tasty, but then it was discontinued. My son loves their dragon fruit ice tea. It's gone now. The one they have has very strong minty plant taste, not very appetizing. The place was renovated. I'm not sure if it's just me feeling this way. After renovation, this starbucks in Keene definitely does not match the price they charge for all the drinks. It lost the onviting, relaxing atmosphere. While another renovation of DD coffee shop on the same street became more homey, inviting after recent renovation, and their price is similar but a bit cheaper than starbucks.
