Some friends of mine decided they were going to go out for dinner. Like a lot of other people that are participating in supporting local restaurant's. We are all taking risk just by stepping out our door these days. 1st thing, sense we are practicing social distance there will be limited seating in certain establishments. Which is very understandable do to the local and state ordinance. So it's beyond me why a manager would not think it's in their best interest to take reservations. If you( the Manager) take a drive and see what your competitors are doing you might notice that their parking lots are fuller than yours. This is a no brainer!! 2nd as I mentioned above there mandates and respectable ordinances set in place in the best interest of everyone. Needless to say my friends had a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 children. They were told that the restrictions would not allow any party larger than 6. Now it's obvious that the manager is trying to be safe. But if you ( the Manager ) read the actual ordinance which clearly states no party larger than 10 (6 adults with 4 children ) is the max. Here's the sad thing the wait staff which most of us know are in the lower tax bracket. In order to feed their families and pay bills they need my friends and others to be seated ( be it 2 people or 10) It's that chain reaction that you get when you go out for dinner. You get to eat without cooking and cleaning at the same time you are potentially feeding someone else. To the Management; you need to rethink your reasoning for turning away business. The Marina in Brattleboro Vermont 20 miles away took my friends $200 plus without any issues. To the personal of Longhorn; I recommend you start looking for a second option for income. With this kind of management your take home pay will inevitably decrease slowly. To the reader; I'm not trying to make your dining experience at Longhorn a bad thing. But making sure you understand you won't be able to take your friends (more than 6 ) out to this establishment as most other places will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stopped by here tonight to celebrate"Mother's Day" for my wife. We chose longhorn's steakhouse simply because we were looking to enjoy a nice steak dinner.
From the exterior the building is in great shape and up to date with the modern appearance.
As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted by their hostess and we were able to get seated promptly.
Yes tonight was busy at the same time there was seating available which allowed us to not have a 30 minute wait you would usually encounter at a nice steakhouse restaurant.
As we sat down not even 2 minutes later our server was at the table side ready to take our drink orders and return promptly to take our meal order.
We started off with an appetizer we tried the " Southwest egg rolls" , and the " blooming tonions" they turned out perfect, also I would like to recommend their egg rolls they truly were delicious.
Next came our entrees.
I had a 12oz ribeye steak ,mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli ( steak cooked medium)
My wife tried their " prime rib sandwich with a side of french fries"
My son had the 6 oz steak and fries
The food came out perfectlyš
Our server was great, anything we needed she was on top of it.
We finished off our night here with a dessert, we tried their " strawberry cream shortcake"
Magnificent! š
We left full and very pleased with our experience here at "Longhorn Steakhouse"
Thank you guys.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter running a few errands around town, my friend Jeudi and I found ourselves debating where to grab an early dinner. Craving something hearty and delicious, we landed at LongHorn Steakhouse in Keeneāand once again, it did not disappoint!
From the moment we sat down, everything was spot on. The warm, complimentary baked bread (which is always a favorite) kept us happily snacking while we waited for our meals. And when the food arrived? Absolute perfection! Hot, fresh, and bursting with flavorājust the way we ordered. For reference, we enjoyed the Lemon Garlic Chicken, Broccoli, LH Steak Tips with French Fries, and my personal favoriteāthe unforgettable Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Every bite was a treat!
But what truly made our experience stand out was our amazing server, Payton B. She was not only attentive and professional but also had a great sense of humor and made our meal even more enjoyable. She handled our humor and conversation seamlessly, making the entire evening feel warm, lighthearted, and fun.
A huge thank you to Payton, the cooks, managers, and staff for making this such a fantastic experience. Weāll absolutely be backāand when we do, weāll be asking for Payton again!
Wishing you all a wonderful...
