We purchased a king size mattress. We talked at length with sales the person about our needs in a mattress. We explained that with me being disabled I have to lay down quite often. We told the sales representative that we needed a mattress that would hold up with me having to lay down a lot. He suggested the mattress said it had a ten year warranty. But soon after we purchased it, the mattress started to sag and sink. I have spoke with the sales person sent text numerous text messages. I’ve asked him about the warranty. I’ve been told over and over and over that they would look the warranty information up and then I was told they just needed a form for the warranty and then I was told that our 10 year warranty was a limited 10 year warranty. We are still waiting for help in resolving this issue. My health has declined and it’s a really hard place to be with being disabled and on a fixed income. I had truly believed that the company would honor their warranty and stand behind the product that they sale. I I would suggest if you’re going to shop here to be cautious before making a purchasing from them. Not sure where to start. My head is spinning with Joy. On 01/22/2022 I contacted an employee at Kema Furniture Outlet ( Laura Maldonado). And explained to her about my medical situation. Which is last week I was diagnosed with Osteonecrosis. Which is a rare bone disease in the hips. So basically that means the head of the Femur bone is dying. And the sockets are dry. Causing bone to bone rubbing in the hips. Causing the femur bone to collapse. Causing multiple fractures and bone spurs . In the joint. Unfortunately I have this in both hips. At the same time. I can’t afford to stay in a rehab center. So I need to prepare my home the best I can. I talked to Laura about a power lift recliner. To assist me Sitting & Standing up. So I don’t tear the hip after a total hip replacement on the right side( scheduled Tuesday morning . At Houston Methodist out patient center Downtown. And the left hip 6 weeks from now). Sadly Laura informed me. At the time they did not have what I needed to assist my living needs at home. But at the same time. She must of did some research. And told me where I could get what I needed so I can be discharged to my house. I went today and purchased a lift chair. To assist me with my medical situation. On such a short notice.
