🆘 Lemon drop DROPPED THE BALL!

As cute as the venue is, definitely DON’T BOOK your special day here. The owner (Cathy) runs the place and is a complete basket case! Not only was she extremely unresponsive, she did not show up at the agreed upon time to open the doors for us to set up our special event. After calling several times, she finally answered 30 min after we were scheduled to be in the venue. She stated she’s arrive in 15 minutes. After not arriving within 15 minutes as she stated, we waited an additional 2 hours hoping she would show up.

With 35 people showing up to celebrate, we found ourselves in complete shock! At the last moment, we were forced to change venues.

She failed to answer any calls during that time. Then finally text nearly 5 hours later that we could come now.

We were so blessed to find the lemon drop garden to host our wedding. I hope for much ongoing success for this venue. We were left speechless by Kathy… her attentiveness, her servant personality, and her genuineness truly captivated my wife and I. We are beyond grateful to have found this venue and will recommend this to anyone who plans on getting married and having just family and friends gather. Beautiful place and a perfect spot. My girl did a fantastic job picking this place out for my stepdaughter's sweet 16 birthday tea party with a bridgington (Old English) type of theme to it. Everyone involved did such a great job. To the dresses, the cake, all the food provided, the music, the photographers, and yes even to the invitations there selfs. I'm not sure if it could have gone better.
