I participated in my first (and last) auction with them and purchased several items, all of which were advertised as “new”. One of the items had a slit on the back of the packaging which I did not give much thought to since packaging from auctions can be a little beat up sometimes, no big deal. After getting home and opening it though I found corroded battery acid which obviously did not happen on the car ride home. I reached out to them the same day with the images and requested a refund. They offered to replace, but I explained it would not be possible since I live an hour away and that I was also not confident the replacement would be in a similar condition.There was little acknowledgement overall on their end and communication from them was slow and short in response.

After communicating my dissatisfaction with this auction house to the bidding site I used regarding the misrepresentation of the item they sold, I was informed that my account was flagged for non-payment despite all my items being paid for in full and no charge back being initiated. As a consequence, I was essentially banned from participating in other auctions until this auction house removed the non-payment marking they initiated. After reaching out multiple times to resolve this issue, no response was ever received from them.

To any potential buyers, please read very carefully through their terms and conditions and do not be sold by their stock images. From my experience, the stock images they use are not truly reflective of the actual item (sizing, model, condition varies). Other auction sites I have participated in at least have the courtesy to inform the buyer of a more accurate condition of their products by putting “new (other)” or some other indicator. Do not be fooled by their tidy front office appearance either as the junk they have, just happens to be the stuff they are selling you.

As a first time customer, I would not recommend this place to others. In my opinion, this company is not customer oriented (as you can see from other interactions in their reviews) and does not operate with transparency. Ironically, when I first picked up my items, another customer warned me to look out for this place so it seems they have built a reputation...

Another bait, switch, rude auction. Delt with these people from a well known auction site. They used generic photos for their items. Items they were auctioning were used badly, missing items in them. Boxes of 4 items I won were ripped, open, and either mostly used or missing major components. By Auctions standards they are to post the original pictures of the items they are auctioning. Any flaws, anything missing in their description has to be addressed. These people didn't do that. I received the items over 1.5 months later. I immediately reached out to them. They blamed me, they called me a liar and claimed that they have never ever ever went through anything like this and I have ready reviews online which clearly shows they are lying. Even though I sent them several photos of all the items used and missing. Then to retaliate they decided to go my account and file a complaint which the Auctioneer removed due to their false claims. Still wouldn't refund me until I threatened a dispute with my credit card company. They claimed I didn't read the sold as is disclaimer which legally applies but it applies only when they actually posted the correct photos and information not stock photos and withholding the condition or missing items of that item. At the end I forced them to refund me for the damaged and missing items but the rude disrespectful unprofessional behavior was not worth what they put me through as a customer. I got 4 items from this place in an auction. All say there are new. Of the 4 items only one appear to be in great condition. Sent email to them through auction site never heard back from them. They beware buying from them. Should have check out the review first before purchasing from them. This item was a laser and light mount for gun. They never check it out with battery, Light doesn't work only the laser. Looks the be very used item. It was in bad shape. Who ever listed these things as new should be fired. Would not recommend purchasing anything from them unless they have more than one picture on there site that show condition of items. Only scammers list item as new and try to deceive people.This is the 800 Anders lane location. I sent this guy and email never heard back from him to resolve...
