Do NOT go to the red apple smoke shop in Kempner!!!! The guy took my card, swiped it, took my money saying my card declined. I have proof it went through and took my money and then tried to a second time and declined because it already took the money. I guess he thought I was broke and stupide and refused to hand me my product or my money back and yelled at my fiance. Had to get police involved and I was gonna do a report but it’s not worth it. I Disputed it with my bank and they refunded it so he definitely still has the money …. Absolutely Ridiculous...

I bought a vape for a family member for Christmas, when they come home from out of town, I gave it to them it didn't work like it said and I tried to take it back to get a new one or money back and the order man that works there he said he was the owner wouldn't even give me my money back or do an even exchange.
