I was told that I had to unload a trailer FULL of scrap by hand by myself because they couldn't use the tractor with the claw. After 45 minutes an office manager approached me asking what I was doing. When I told him he walked inside and out came a worker in a hurry, turned on the machine and unloaded the rest of the scrap. They just plain didn't want to do their job. I was also told I should go to the 195 scrap yard instead. The place was not busy but the worker made it seem like I was in their way. LAZY...

Was a fair price when I moved here, but has since dropped prices drastically. But that comes with the territory. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for 2 things. 1. If your hours are listed to be open 8am-5pm be open, dont close at 4:30 or 4:45. And 2. the yard guy (the young one with the ridiculous looking beard) could be a little less rude to the customers. He acts as though he has something to prove, but yet looks a fool when he is proven wrong. Without scrap metal customers you have...

Horrible attitudes, non helpful staff, and poor excuse for damaging equipment. If you arent capable of operating machinery then dont. If you arent capable of going to work and having a decent attitude, then dont. If you arent capable of making right the damage you have done to a vehicle or trailer that's trusted you and your business, close your doors and call it quits.
