Absolutely the worst post office ever. The post master is a joke there and doesn't seem to mind that allowing her postmen to deliver mail to someone other than the actual recipient is a big No NO. I have tried multiple times to get the issue fixed but they refuse. So we got a PO box and they conveniently "forgot" to remove the yellow tag. So we are not getting our mail like we should Because they deliver to a woman that withholds our mail for periods of time and we wind up having bills past due., important documents that go missing. I've tried to open an investigation...

Would have given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Lazy postal employee refuses to deliver package stating driveway or porch is inaccessible when there is no blockage just because they didn't want to actually do their job. Tried to contact the post office but it forces you to deal with an automated system that doesn't help just to finally get transferred to a person but instead it transfers you to a recording stating they are sorry they missed your call then automatically...

My complaint isn't about the post office but more about the mail man. I have had my package smashed into my mail box damaging items that say fragile on the package. I had 3 metal signs forced into my mail box instead of just taking the package to the porch. Each one had to be returned which made them late for a gift. Today my mail was in my mail box left open and all of it got soaked with water from the rain. Please train your employees on fragile packages and close...
