I have been attempting to receive an update on an approved return for over 2 months and no one will respond! Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of service. The only communication I received was after a negative review. They reached out and said they would look in to my issue and now will not respond again. Thankfully I sent my return via certified mail and have receipts and tracking/delivery confirmation. The product was returned and now nothing - no refund, no store credit,...
