Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

If you can order from another location - I urge you to. It will save you heartbreak if you love pizza.

Generally, I love Pizza Hut. This location, however, just doesn't cut it. I'm a pizza guy - I get it once a week. Out of probably 20 orders for this particular location, I have been disappointed in at least 15 of them. I ask for extra sauce in the online form and in the comments put "EXTRA SAUCE, PLEASE." They have forgotten it every time that I have gone. Twice I have stayed and had them remake it so that it actually has any sauce at all on it. On another occasion, I got an extra sauce cup on the side instead? I would give this location a 3-star because they do, in-fact, sometimes get it right...but the sheer number of problems and heartbreaks mean that if you can order from somewhere...

i ordered a large stuffed crust hawaiian (ham and Pineapple) and i got a pizza that was half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. i was fine with that even though thats not what i ordered but what made the pizza terrible is that it felt hard like cardboard as if its been sitting for a while as if it was already made before hand. the pizza tasted so hard and so terrible that i could tell the pizza was definetly not made fresh. so not only did they get my order wrong but they gave me a pizza that had been previously made who knows how many hours before hand. me and my wife ate 4 slices (because we were desperately hungry) and we threw the rest away. oh and on top of that i ordered the pizza for delivery but they took so long that i ended up having to go to the store to...

My husband Placed an order at 9:55 on the app. Called customer service at 10:40 and asked me a million questions to tell me someone would call back. I am still waiting. Called the store and they said they called my husband cell nobody ever called. I confirmed my info very calmly and they said the pizza would be sent. At 11:30 we got the pizza but was wrong! We ordered Hawaiian pizza got cheese and ham pizza! When I called they offered a credit for the next pizza. I won’t be ordering from them any more! Horrible customer service. Love the pizza but is not worth the aggravation....
