Subway — Restaurant in Kendall

I can see I am not the only one complaining about the inability of the staff to speak English to the extent of not being able to take your order right. I mean no English whatsoever. The vocabulary for making a sandwich requires very few words. I could not get across that I wanted "vinegar." I could not get across that I wanted a cup for water which is free. I could not get across that I wanted all vegetables. The other worker also could not help at all. Getting a sandwich here was a very painful experience. Just learning a few common English words [like Vinegar] would solve most of the problems. And although it was clear I did not know Spanish the worker kept asking me...

I was a little taken back by the cost for 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 drinks was almost $30.00, and then when I explained there had to be a problem they wanted to argue...
