Aromas Medspa at Kendall — Local services in Kendall

I really wanted to like this place since it was 10 minutes away from the office but it was a complete disaster from the beginning. Too many red flags.

I called the KENDALL office to make an appointments. The recording said if you want to book online they would send an SMS link. Okay so let's book online. As I complete the online application I'm forced to add my credit card. Wasn't comfortable with that so, no thanks, and I declined the appointment.

A few days later I get a friendly call. Guess what? No credit card needed this time. Excellent! Appointment booked. I then receive a confirmation message for a Doral appointment. If I cancel they'll charge a $25 fee. Not the best first impression. I quickly responded to correct this issue. My appointment is for KENDALL not for DORAL. They corrected the issue and said they had to change the dates my date, pushing my appointment back another week. No problem. These things happen. Moving on.

My appointment date finally arrives. At this point I hadn't heard from anyone so I decided to give them a call. TO my surprise, I was told there was no appointments for me and was asked if I wanted to make another appointment. Okay, there's only enough times you can get hit in the head before you run for cover. I'm still running.

Update: Today (9 months later), while checking my emails, guess who's sending me spam? Instantly no. Straight...

I have lumps and bumps under my eyes and near tear duct . I am very distraught over this and I am not comfortable going back and having anything else injected in my face there. I am sorry but I walked in trusting I was going to get a refreshed look and now I have uneven pumps and pockets of fluid under my eyes, that is not getting any better I seem To be looking worse by the day. I had retracted original review but as the days have passed the results of restylane have not improved on the contrary have become worse. Do not expect me to return on my 2 week appointment. The results I have gotten are not the norm , not even close. Bumps, pockets of fluid are not the norm. I am beyond devastated to be quite honest . I wanted to feel better about myself and every time I look in the mirror or get asked at work by my co workers and patients what happened to my eyes I...

Worst experience ever. They use “doctors” that don’t even work at the Kendall location so you will have to follow up with them and won’t be able to schedule you for that same reason and lose your money. Be aware very unprofessional staff and place to go to. It’s a waste of money. The county should pay them a visit to these scammers.

Answer below is not true: They cancel my follow up appointment because the “physician” did not work on that location and when I called back to re schedule they told me that could not happen because I could not been seen by a different and that I need it to pay extra. I appreciate the fact of what you are offering but is only because I published it online.
