KFC — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

It is such a shame how far down hill this location has become. Their chicken and potato wedges are extremely salty and not edible, and the biscuits are barely baked. I tried 3 times ordering for delivery, but they were late and forgot to bring part of my order all three times. They never compensate for their errors in a way that is satisfying to their customers, but instead do it in a way that is easiest for themselves. They take absolutely no care or pride in their business. If they don't get it together, the next time I hear about them, they will probably be closing up shop permanently. Yes! It is really that bad. If you have a problem you can't even reach these people, because they don't answer their phone. They simply ignore the ringing. You will have to drive to this...

Update: 2/20/22 I continue to stop by because I love the flavor of KFC (despite them having the occasional dubious seasonal offerings).

This location is still well-kept and the service is relatively fast. I stopped by a few hours ago bypassing a location that's on SW 117th Ave. around 73 or 74th St. because the service there is hit or miss and that place is NOT the most sanitary. (But, what do you expect when you pay minimum wage salaries?)

I stop by there occasionally. KFC is KFC, but this is a dual KFC & Long John Silvers. Sometimes, not always, the chicken is a bit overcooked, but more frequently the Long John Silver fish is a bit too salty. Otherwise, it's clean, staff is friendly...

Went and ordered my meal and everything was fine. Then when i get my order and I point out to the associate that it was not what I ordered she informed me (with attitude) that I was wrong and it was what I had ordered. She explained it was because I changed the chicken from regular to spicy it completely changed my order to a diffrent menu item that includes less things. When I explained that I had done it in other KFCs with no problem she refused and insisted I pay extra for a item I was already charged for. Needing to go back to work I just left things as they were and left. Very disappointed with the customer service.
