Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Florida

Thought I’d try out this place as I was in the area. I ordered an Acai Especial which is a basic açaí bowl with granola and topped with banana, blueberries and strawberries. After ordering, paying and waiting a couple minutes someone from the back comes out and tells me they don’t have any blueberries or strawberries and that if I want they can add some extra granola or add mango. Not only should they know that they don’t have these items in house, but they should tell the customer before purchase - if I had known that before paying I wouldn’t have gotten it. I tried to make the best of it and got extra granola but to be honest, an açaí with granola and banana (which did not look fresh) for $12 is pretty horrendous. I took a couple bites and threw the rest out. First and last visit here. I would recommend MyRoots in Kendall which for the same price, you get more toppings and a more communicative, friendlier staff (not that the staff here is rude, just... apathetic, for...

Smoothie bowls are not bad. I think they could use some avocado to thicken it up and make it more rich and not go crazy on the honey. Also stops it from melting too fast. But I had to knock a second star because I placed a phone order a few minutes past 8:30 and the first call did not go through. So I called again and the employee, disgruntled, immediately told me I could only do online orders or stop by in person after 8:30 pm. There is no sign anywhere that says that. And honestly makes no sense to me. Really wastes their time more cause now they have to do my order closer to closing time. I would understand no phone orders during rush, but maybe they just had a hard day and didn't want to do their job. But most days I come the food is...

not sure what you want? They’ll make you free samples of anything! want real healthy smoothies without added sugar (turbinado)? This is the place, never added sugars, sweetened by the juices and fruits, all natural tired of smoothies that taste like powders and chemicals? Come to Robek’s for natural smoothies don’t want to pay $20 for a smoothie? Robek’s is priced right and is affordable want to feel refreshed and relaxed? Come drink a Mahalo Mango or Hummingbird, can never go wrong with a strananaberry

My kids love this palace, I love this place….and no…I don’t work here, I just think it’s a great place for great...
