(Final revision) I passed both parts of my CNA exam the very first time! They really helped me practice a lot so that I can be in the best position to succeed.

(Revision) after observation day ———————————————————- After discussing the concern with the owners/instructors we were able to work out a solution so that I as a student understand fully what’s required and had an opportunity for observation that I feel has helped me in passing my exam Additionally, they provide resources to assist in studying for the written part and I understand that this occurrence was do to personal error.

*All other training/observation days instruction were above average! Class was $500 at the time I was gifted the course. I recently offered and will pay for the entire cost of the new course, $1000.

The students are encouraged to reviewing the company honestly, which is what makes them great. They are also encouraged to ask any questions they have (no matter how silly they may seem) or to provide feedback, or work to compromise or find solutions, as these are the only tools they have to learn and help make improvements as those instructing the course more than are receptive to them. I found MiamiCNA through the recommendation of a friend, and I am SO GRATEFUL. Chrissy and Dorothy (and David!!) were so kind and welcoming to everyone, and you can tell they really care about their students. Even after passing my exam, they are still encouraging me to keep in touch and reach out if I need anything, which honestly means so much. I had never taken a CNA class before, or known any of the skills, but they did such an amazing job teaching us EXACTLY what we needed to know for the exam. They created an incredible environment within the classroom where we felt comfortable enough to joke around about our mistakes while also giving us the best advice to correct them. They accommodate to allow students to return for observation/practice, which was unbelievably helpful. Ultimately, even the skills I was most nervous about just became second nature by the time I took my exam. They also give you so many great resources for passing the written exam, and give you advice on how to go about studying for that portion, which personally really helped :) I will be recommending MiamiCNA to everyone because I am so confident I ended up at the best possible place for CNA training!!!!!!
