My daughter did an acrylic dip manicure two weeks ago and one of her nails fractured. She called the owner and he told her not to worry. She can pass by and a nail tech would repair it for free. She passed by last week and the salon was packed so she left. Her tech and the owner gave my daughter an excuse about the dip powder color being out of stock. They could not repair her nail that day. Fast forward to today, she went to do a refill and was charged $40 for a manicure that came out unexpectedly. The nails are way too thick and bumpy. The owner’s demeanor changed and told my daughter that it was her fault that her nail fractured in the first place. That is not what he told over the phone or last week. It is obvious that the tech did not use enough nail glue because it was bleeding. All she requested was a small discount for the broken nail and they charged her to repair it. My manicure was chrome I was scared because I usually don’t do designs or stuff like that but I did it anyways and to be honest there customer service was AMAZING they are the sweetest, they did have a problem with they’re Powder at first but then they told me to go back and they got it all fixed out and even made some other touches. Overall I liked the experience and if your in the area try them out for yourself.

The lady that did my mom’s toenails tricked her into thinking she was getting a PEDICURE, and gave her a whole SPA (mind you, my mom does not speak english, just spanish). Whenever I walked in, I specified she was getting a simple PEDICURE. Then ended up giving my mom a full spa without informing her that it was more expensive. Charged her $80 for a full spa pedicure she did not want. Whenever we asked her why that price, she justified herself saying she assumed we knew, which is ridiculous because you can’t add extra things to a service without asking the customer if she wants it and informing her the difference in prices.
