I brought President Gold Rolex from Willy and two years later I did a complete overhaul with him and paid $495.00 because he said that Mayors charged more but he could do it better and cheaper. Two days ago, I took it to Mayors for a polish while I was buying a Blue and Gold submarines watch and the tech said it needed new gaskets and I said it was just over haul from my jeweler. Hence, I called Willy the owner of Palomino Jewerly and ask for a refund but he said no. Mayors advise me that it looks like they didn’t do the complete overhaul in fact they didn’t even did the polish the watch which is part of the overhaul. I callled Willy and he was confrontational with me and would not give me a refund. Hence, Palomino just lost a value customer and be aware...this place does not give good customer service. It’s a shame because they looked like a great jeweler but does not back up what they sell. I would rate this as a zero star but the system...

I am very happy with my experience shopping for an engagement ring with Palomino Jewelers and highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. Sally who was the person that helped me the most was fantastic and very patient with me through the process. She constantly reached out to me with updates even if I didn't return the same communication to her. The owner Willie is a very nice man who is willing to work with the best he can and is extremely understanding person. Again, if you have any need for a Jeweler don't waste your time going to a chain store that just wants your money and doesn't care about you. Nice small store that has been in the same location for decades. They may not be able to compete with the big chain Jewelers, but the personal service well makes up for it. ADDENDUM, August 2020: I have lost a significant amount of weight and needed to have my white gold wedding band resized (smaller). I dropped it off and it was ready within a day. When I picked it up, I was truly amazed! I could NOT see where the ring was cut and soldered. They also polished and cleaned the ring and the diamonds. They did an unbelievably great job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for jewelry sales...
