I give this place 5 stars for several reasons.

Staff were very friendly, patient with me as it was my first time here, and helpful.

Store was very clean.

My bowl was delicious. Everything was fresh. The regular size filled me up. There were plenty of options. I would add a little more dressing though. It was a little dry, so I asked for more honey miso. They gave it to me at no extra charge. The honey miso is very sweet though!

Very importantly, this was the best priced poke bowl place I’ve found in a while. The smaller bowl (regular) was only $14. Even after adding edemame, avocado, and seaweed salad, it was still under $15. I had a similar bowl in Pinecrest that came to $20 after adding extras.

I ordered a salmon lover poke and a classic poke for my wife and I and we couldn't eat it because it was so spicy. I called the restaurant to tell them that we couldn't eat the poke because it was too spicy and they just told me that there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault because I told the employee who prepared it to add a little more sauce so that the poke wouldn't be dry and without telling me what she was doing, the employee added too much spice and no we...

I come to this poke place pretty regularly. What always makes me come back is their consistency, every bowl is prepared exactly the same regardless of which day I come or which employee makes it. The avocado is sliced and presented beautifuly at no extra cost, the eel is broiled on the spot. They really care about the quality of their product, so an $16-18 bowl made with fresh ingredients makes a lot of sense. For the guy who left a 1 star review because his spicy tuna was too...
