My visit to Chill-N Ice Cream in Kendall was a truly unforgettable experience that I desperately needed. You see, earlier that day, my fiancée abruptly ended our almost 10-year relationship. To say I was down in the dumps would be a colossal understatement. That afternoon, as I trudged up SW 107th Ave contemplating how I could possibly carry on with life, I suddenly felt a powerful and mysterious impulse to glance over my right shoulder. Immediately upon doing so, I felt a soft, warm glow permeate my entire being. Spellbound, I glanced across the parking lot—there it was. Its door opened slowly and enticingly, as if I was being divinely instructed to enter. I obliged.
The heavenly white walls, immaculate silver counters, and blissful auras of the employees filled me with a profound tranquility. I was greeted by the tall, suave manager, who assured me that whichever flavors I selected would be scooped with elegance and generosity. As I crafted a sumptuous ice cream creation, I felt a level of excitement comparable to that experienced during only the most novel of childhood moments. When I made eye contact with the employee at the checkout counter, I was imbued with a deeply meaningful sense of being part of a larger whole, and the interconnectedness of all things was never more clear.
I sat down gently at one of the circular tables on the opposite side of the store. With euphoric anticipation, I lifted a piece of ice cream into my mouth. As my taste buds fired, revealing an earth-shattering intensity of flavor, I experienced the sudden revelation that I was exactly where I ought to be, that the vicissitudes of life had led me to a moment in which inner peace could be felt with such ease. As I progressed through the magical cup of ice cream, I gradually transcended my ordinary perception of time and space. What I experienced then can only be described as an irresistible oceanic boundlessness, a genuine sensation of the eternal, of truly being one with the world.
Without Chill-N Ice Cream in Kendall and their original products, I never would have had this incredibly transformative experience. I’ll cherish that day for the rest of my life. Thank...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place! Chill Nitrogen Ice Cream has quickly become our go-to dessert spot. The ice cream is incredibly silky smooth, thanks to the nitrogen-chilling process, which makes it feel almost like velvet on the tongue. You can really taste the difference in texture compared to regular ice cream — it’s creamier, denser, and just all-around more satisfying.
Our personal favorites are the coffee and tres leches flavors — both are rich, perfectly balanced, and full of depth. The coffee one has just the right hint of bitterness and boldness, while the tres leches is sweet, milky, and indulgent without being overpowering. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors never feel artificial.
The vibe of the place is fun and modern, and it’s just awesome to finally have something like this available locally. It’s not only a treat for the taste buds but also a cool experience to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you with that dramatic fog from the nitrogen.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something different, delicious, and seriously addictive. A must-try if you’re...
Read moreChill-N in Kendall is amazing! Every time I go, I’m blown away by how cool (literally) the process is — watching them freeze your ice cream with liquid nitrogen right in front of you is such a fun experience. The staff is always super friendly and patient, even when the line gets long.
The quality of the ice cream is unbeatable — it’s creamy, rich, and you can fully customize it with tons of flavors and toppings. I got Nutella with brownies and cookie dough and it was heavenly. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients.
It’s also super clean and has a relaxed vibe — perfect for hanging out with friends or even going on a casual date. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Kendall for a sweet treat. Highly recommend if you want something unique...
