One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym!
