So doing from company phone. But personally been coming here for almost 10 years and usually good but usually don't do reviews. This just kinda got to me. So getting truck washed they came out and asked me what I wanted I said truck and trailer bosses wash. Person seen boss pays for engine and chassis wash and he added even though never said wanted it. He asked twice I said boss only said wash. I'm looking at receipt and it says chassis and engine watching in cameras never lifted hood. As for the chassis wash I can not comment on as didn't see if done. Not really I hate place as but charging for something didn't do. Wasn't till I said something they lifted hood and washed engine. Don't see a time but if my guess around 1730ish. So becareful and double check. In my mind shouldn't be able to see what they pay for we should request service and it should deny or something as this is... well going to screen shot comment and send to boss so he knows it wasn't me requesting things didn't need... Thank you for your time and I'm still going to use them well boss has a account lol. But...

My brother in law works as a truck driver and is on the rd a month or more at a time. He is one of the hardest workers I know. But he feels alone out there with no one advocating ro him. So I am now. It is rare for me to write reviews but I am now. On the road he ended up hitting two deer within an hour period. This tore him up because as tough as he is he also has a big heart and this made him feel awful. Last night he got his his truck cleaned here. But when he got his truck back there was still blood under the undercarriage and 10 nails that he had no clue where they came from. The first review I read was about this business saying they did a job, charging for it yet not actually doing that said job. These truckers in in the rd in dangerous weather, traffic and atmosphere of unease. The least we can do is not huddle them out of the money they work so hard for. The food we eat, cloths we buy and everything in between gets to use because of truckers. Can we show them a little respect....

Stopped in on Sunday to get an RV wash for the 1st time they did he jeep as well. We had been at an off road event in Kinston for the WKnd and there was mud under the jeep so asked that they spray really well underneath and they did. Stopped and checked out the job after they were done all looks great. Wish there was a dryer to blow off the running water tho as when we got back home and looked again there are streaks from the wind and driving and the way it dries I guess.... We need to work on doing it all by hand this spring after pollen is over to make it really shine but getting a good wash and rinse down was nice it...
